So my head is spinning in various thoughts right now, its one of those songs that you forget about everything!

So I’ve been lost in a whirl pool lately, just finishing my foundation in Art & Design at UAL 

I have a lot of spare time to do a lot of unwanted thinking, putting certain things into prospective that I don’t want to make sense just yet.

• Uni - To go ahead & do a BA in Graphic Design or to go straight into the industry , which is a bit of a gamble. But I guess life about taking risks right?

 But would I regret it? 

Something to think about - What do you think? 
Is £9,000 tuition fees + expenses  worth it for a piece a paper at the end when you’re paying for your materials, accommodation, food.. EVERYTHING?

Being at Uni what i had learnt so far through my foundation is that Art is all about Self Motivation.

No ones going to push you, “YOU are your own motivation”

Aren't we the ones that stop ourselves.. hold ourselves back?

Being a girl gone through an eating disorder  You tend to lose yourself along the way forgetting what you were, This idea that 'people miss the person you were'

Confidence is something that played a massive part in this situation.. and to be honest to you its something you can fake. It's a perception.. So if you change your preception you can achieve anything you set your mind to... right?
You are the only one that can hold themself back.
It's easier said than done, harder than you think.
 I know the pain that words can cause not only what people say but your own mind. The thing's that I've learnt through the years is not to listen to the words, the voices or the thoughts, It's the dark lonely nights where the mind likes to go running and make you chase after it. Learn to switch off, and move away from it.

What I Do:

- I laugh about the situation, but once its said don't allow it to stay in your mind to think about later.
As what I've learnt was no matter how much you'll try to lose weight your natural curve's will always stay. Learn to Love it! ( I know it sounds cheesy but it;s true)
- When I know I'm dwelling on something that isn't going to change, I change the subject I start thinking about things that I have to do.. Things that are actually important.
- Watch a good tv program.. I Suggest  SCANDAL! - This topic needs its own post because its just THAT good! 
- Take a breather and dance  ☁
- Remove yourself from the situation or the place, get out for a bit and get a change of environment
- Music.. it tends to help at times but i find that you tend to listen to certain music depending on the mood your in = so sometimes it doesn't help.

My all time favourite foundation that i have been using for... oh gosh 3 pushing it 4 years >.< 

eeek that is a long time, don't worry i didn't use the same pot for 3 years ;) 

I had just started to recently wear more of this foundation when i went to sixth form (collage) 

and one thing i have got to say is that ITS AMAZING!  

It's by far my favourite everyday wear foundation, it gives me the perfect coverage (light coverage, covering the spots and dark circles)
 As for a everyday wear i don't like having liquid on my face as its not good for the skin..  therefore this foundation was the best bet for me as It's light on the face & doesn't feel like you're wearing anything which is good, also being a 'minerals' foundation it allows your skin to breathe. Which is perfect especially if you're looking for a beginners foundation or even a daily wear and if your a spotty teenager like me :) 

 getting breakouts you should wear minimal make up as possible to allow your skin to breathe but girls being girls we get insecure.. therefore i would recomend the mineral foundation as it allows your skin to breathe at the same time.

Another thing that i would say is good about this particular foundation is that Body Shop have a variety of colours for all sorts of skin tones, especially for darker skin such as asian skin, which is something that i find a pain when looking for foundation. Therefore don't worry you'll find your shade :)  

Music is a remedy, an escape.

    A getaway to another place, another world.

If you ever find yourself in the same situation were things are getting too much, your getting overwhelmed. Walk away.. remove yourself from the situation, the room, the place wherever you are & plug in your headphones and let the music do the rest.
         

So I've passed my driving test  

Been tied up with my Art & other A-levels BUT  I've finally finished  since June 18th, now Im officially                                    a Uni student from September at UAL babby!!
