So my head is spinning in various thoughts right now, its one of those songs that you forget about everything!

So I’ve been lost in a whirl pool lately, just finishing my foundation in Art & Design at UAL
I have a lot of spare time to do a lot of unwanted thinking, putting certain things into prospective that I don’t want to make sense just yet.
- Uni - To go ahead & do a BA in Graphic Design or to go straight into the industry , which is a bit of a gamble. But I guess life about taking risks right?
Something to think about - What do you think?But would I regret it?

Being at Uni what i had learnt so far through my foundation is that Art is all about Self Motivation.No ones going to push you, “YOU are your own motivation”
so... what are we paying for?
Being a design / art student is it not worth going out into the industry and work your way up?
But then there’s drawbacks,
- Getting your foot in the door;
selling yourself (not physical ;) don’t worry ) but personally.
The design industry is so competitive its pot luck, you got to have an outstanding portfolio ( which is something you build over uni - ✓ guess thats the whole point of design uni? Preparing you for the big bad world.. )

Simple generic words that can be phrased wrongly.
"what would you like skinny or whole"- Do you mean whole fat milk or skinny milk?
So I’ve been probnoring (problem ignoring) a lot of things lately & I honestly don’t know why.
Right now in my head I have a cluster
of thoughts that don’t even make sense,
Truth of the matter - I don’t want them to; thats when they become real
Why does one have to always think?
note to self - problem of an overthinking freak (as some would say) ;)
So one thing that has been spinning through my head lately is Eating
- once again we’re back to that stepping stone, I don’t know why but over the past three weeks now I’ve lost total appetite over food, I feel as if I need to be sick.
- note I know its wrong you shouldn’t be making yourself sick and don’t you worry sunshine I haven’t :)
I’m not gonna lie I have had the urge to but I gotta say I’m proud of myself that I haven’t,
& that in itself is a massive hurdle, so if your feeling the same way then give yourself a pat on the shoulder - well done girly for not being sick ☆ you may not see it as a massive thing for not being sick today but it takes one step at a time to accomplish something,
Got to start at the bottom to get to the top.
You’ll have your ups and downs I promise you, I still am.
But it does get better the grass really is greener on the other side.
tell me what you do when you have feeling like these because right now i feel lost, I know this is meant to be a encouraging post and I’m sorry its not.
But i would like to hear your opinion on what you do when you feel low.. I’m at that point at the moment where I just can’t be bother, where i just can’t seem to get anything around my head.

Being a girl gone through aneating disorder You tend to lose yourself along the way forgetting what you were, This idea that 'people miss the person you were'
Confidence is something that played a massive part in this situation.. and to be honest to you its something you can fake. It's a perception.. So if you change your preception you can achieve anything you set your mind to... right?
You are the only one that can hold themself back.
It's easier said than done, harder than you think.
I know the pain that words can cause not only what people say but your own mind. The thing's that I've learnt through the years is not to listen to the words, the voices or the thoughts, It's the dark lonely nights where the mind likes to go running and make you chase after it. Learn to switch off, and move away from it.
- I laugh about the situation, but once its said don't allow it to stay in your mind to think about later.
As what I've learnt was no matter how much you'll try to lose weight your natural curve's will always stay. Learn to Love it! ( I know it sounds cheesy but it;s true)
- When I know I'm dwelling on something that isn't going to change, I change the subject I start thinking about things that I have to do.. Things that are actually important.
- Watch a good tv program.. I Suggest SCANDAL! - This topic needs its own post because its just THAT good!
- Take a breather and dance ☁
- Remove yourself from the situation or the place, get out for a bit and get a change of environment
- Music.. it tends to help at times but i find that you tend to listen to certain music depending on the mood your in = so sometimes it doesn't help.
